High School Theatre

Fall Play

This year, the NCS Theater Department presented Noises Off, a reworked, family-friendly version of the rip-roaring classic in which the audience is treated to a hilarious behind-the-scenes peek at an acting troupe rehearsing and performing. Despite nerves, dropped lines, and technical difficulties, they make it through rehearsal and open the show.  As time goes by, things deteriorate until pandemonium ensues and axe-wielding co-stars, jealous cast members and misplaced sardines take center stage during a disaster of a performance that threatens to jinx the old saying, “The show must go on.”

Spring Musical

Last year, The NCS Theatre Department presented Disney’s High School Musical. Disney Channel's smash hit movie musical comes to life on stage! Troy, Gabriella and the students of East High must deal with issues of first love, friends and family while balancing their classes and extracurricular activities.
NCS is a private Christian school with a mission to provide an educational program which upholds high standards of scholastic and behavioral excellence and furnishes instruction in Bible-based Christian faith.
