Register My Athlete
The NCS Athletic Office utilizes a "paperless" system called Register My Athlete. This system is used by many different schools in the valley and across the nation and includes all forms needed for any of our athletes to participate in sports at NCS.
Included on this page is a document with detailed directions on how to create an account for each of your student-athletes.
All the needed documents are on the website. Download and use the directions on this page as you complete the paperwork.
For additional information, you can download a 22 slide PowerPoint that contains detailed directions.
To complete the process, you will need to print out the AIA-required physical form. If you do not have a working printer at home or work, come by the Athletic Office for a paper copy. Once completed, all paperwork must be uploaded to the Register My Athlete website.
