Extended Care
We offer additional care outside the hours of regular class times.
Mini Crusaders Extended Care Options
Before Care: 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM
After Care: Lunch Flex - 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM; Nap Room - 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM; After School Care - 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM
Preschool Extended Care Options
Before Care: 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM
After Care: 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM. After school care includes NCS students through fifth grade. To assure safe transitions, children are escorted between Extended Care and their classrooms by qualified staff personnel. They are signed out of one room and signed in at the other.
Students enrolled for Extended Care on a regular schedule through the Early Education office are charged an hourly rate available on our admissions information. If the child is absent, the fee is still due. Depending on space availability, Extended Care may be used on an occasional basis at a slightly higher hourly rate. All requests for occasional care MUST be pre-approved on a daily basis through the Early Education office to ensure availability. After 5:30 PM, a late fee of $1.00 for every minute late will be charged. Repeated violators may lose Extended Care privileges. Children must be clocked out daily on the Extended Care iPad with a parent signature as mandated by the State.
During the hours of 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM and 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM playground usage is restricted to extended care clients only.
