Leadership Foundations 1

You are a leader!  Whether you have a recognized leadership position with a title or you’re simply leading yourself and your friends; you have influence, which is leadership.  Effective leadership comes from a lifelong pursuit of developing the right skills.  This course, therefore, gives a structured approach to build a foundational knowledge of the leadership style of Jesus and with that knowledge start developing the leadership skills that will unleash your leadership potential.  Through an in-depth study of the leadership principles of Jesus, students will develop a personal philosophy of leadership that examines principles of servant leadership. This course examines a holistic approach to character, ethics, and philosophy of leadership by examining the head, heart, hands, and habits of effective leadership as demonstrated in the life of Christ.
