3. Displaced / Disabled Tax Credit Scholarhips

To qualify for the Displaced/Disabled Tax Credit Scholarship in Arizona, the student must meet the following criteria:

A. Disability: The student must have a disability as defined by Arizona law. This typically includes a physical or mental condition that significantly impairs the student's ability to perform normal daily activities or participate in educational settings without assistance. Students with an IEP, 504 plan or MET qualify.

OR

B. Displacement: A displaced student is one who is or has been placed in the Arizona foster care system at any time before they graduate high school.
